Chris Durant: Creator & Producer

Jozsef Szathmary: Co-Host
Jozsef Szathmary is of Hungarian decent and comes from a family of four brothers and one sister. With a sense for adventure and experimentation, he thrives on the journey of life and keeps an optimistic view of his future. Szathmary came out when he was 15 and moved to the Twin Cities in 2003 where he strives to make the world around him a peaceful place to live. Szathmary has a profound determination to use his personal experience to help the Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Transgender and Allied community moves ahead despite the bias and discrimination our community can face.
Lucas Westby: Co-Host
Lucas Westby was born three hours south of Minneapolis in the small town of Mable, Minnesota population 766, and has two older siblings. While trying to find a place to call home he moved throughout Minnesota and finally settled in Minneapolis in November of 2005. Westby is employed full time as a certified nursing assistant in an Alzheimer care facility. For entertainment, Westby enjoys singing, playing the piano, dancing, movies, going out for dinner and looking around at big amazing buildings. His goal in life is to look back someday and be able to say he’s made people’s lives a little better
Elana Lury: The Therapist
Elana Lury is a graduate of Emerson College’s theatre program. She has taught at the Center of Contemporary Arts in St. Louis and ran a theatre class in Yokneam, Israel. She wrote, directed, and edited a film starring 25 kids with learning / emotional disorders. Most recently, she was a Team Lead /Actor-Educator for Climb Theatre in Minnesota. Some of her favorite roles include "Annie Sullivan" in The Miracle Worker, "Laura Wingfield" in The Glass Menagerie, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, and being a part of The Vagina Monologues.
Landyn Banx: The Neighbor
Landyn Banx was born in Owatonna, Minnesota and grew up in Faribault, Minnesota. A seemingly shy person, Banx never acted in plays during his high school years, yet always yearned to be in front of the camera. After years of wanting to become an actor, Banx went on his first audition for a film in October of 2006. He landed that film role and has subsequently been busy acting ever since. Banx continues to seek fun and exciting projects to take on, and enjoys every minute of being able to live out his childhood dream of being an actor.
Rachel Grubb: The Neighbor’s Wife
Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Rachel Grubb graduated from college with a degree in English and wrote her first feature length screenplay in 1999. The script won "Best Breakthrough Screenplay" at the 2000 New York International Independent Film & Video Festival, which led her to taking acting classes. Grubb has acted in numerous local feature films, including Doomed to Consume, The Monster of Phantom Lake, The Romantics, Tales of the Dead, Horror House and Unholy Reunion. More recently she’s playing "Angeline" in One Way Ticket, a film about an arranged married couple from West Africa.
Donnie West: Lady Patra
Donny West was born to the performer "Miss Betina." Impersonating Diana Ross, West began his career as an entertainer in venues such as Club Cabaret and The Gay Nineties in Minneapolis. West went on to become a live vocalist in local talent competitions where he mixed his vocals with his female impersonations to become the live performer known as "Lady Patra." Currently West is still going strong with two literary works released in 2000: "Dear Lover" a poem, and "This Is Lady Patra" an autobiography. Recently he earned the Stonewall Society "Pride in the Arts Award" 2004 Film Category, for his performance in Josh and Sandi. His biography also won the 2003 Stonewall Society "For the Record Award" Literary Category.
